Mining partnerships across East Africa
A practical introduction for exploration, technical, offtake and development partners engaging with Memnon's Uganda-focused minerals platform.
Start with the project
Uganda operations, international conversations
Memnon Capital Africa is based in Kampala, Uganda. Its public platform describes exploration, gold project development at Kasanda and a planned next phase in critical minerals. These are distinct stages; an enquiry does not establish a producing mine, verified mineral reserve or signed offtake arrangement.
Organisations in Kenya, Tanzania and Rwanda can contact the Kampala team to discuss potential technical collaboration, project screening or strategic partnerships. This page does not claim operating licences, offices or producing projects in those countries.
Prepare a useful first conversation
What to include in a partnership enquiry
- Who you represent. Organisation, country, website, professional contact and your role.
- What you want to discuss. Exploration, technical services, processing, offtake, development support or another clearly described area.
- Project context. Relevant geography, development stage and publicly shareable information. Do not email restricted documents before agreeing the appropriate process.
- Next steps. Ask what screening, confidentiality agreement, identity checks or technical review may be required.
Detailed project materials are released only through the applicable NDA, KYC and internal approval process. The investor data room access page explains the route for qualified requests.
Discuss a partnershipWider Africa and GCC engagement
Enquiries from South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana, other African markets and Gulf Cooperation Council countries can use the same contact route. The relevant opportunity must be evaluated on its own project, jurisdiction, permissions, counterparties and evidence.
Memnon's regional outreach does not imply a licence, local presence, regulatory approval or investment offer in every country named here.
Evidence before commitments
For a proposed project or partnership, distinguish licence information, technical findings, financing needs, commercial assumptions and independently verified results. Public website material is an introduction, not a substitute for due diligence.
